Booking &

Cancellation Policy.

We want your experience with Western Waters Outfitters to be smooth from start to finis. Please review our policies below before booking your trip.

OUR POLICIES

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your trip date. Trips are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due prior to your trip date unless otherwise arranged.

Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is limited during peak season (June–September).

  • We understand that plans can change. However, due to limited availability and scheduling logistics, the following cancellation policy applies:

    • A 50% deposit is required to secure your trip date.

    • Cancellations made 30+ days prior to trip: Deposit is refundable minus processing fees, or may be transferred to a future date within the same season (subject to availability).

    • Cancellation within 30 days prior to your trip: Deposit is non-refundable and client is responsible for full price of trip; may be applied as a credit only if the original date is successfully rebooked.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. A processing fee may apply to card payments.

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

    • Reschedules made more than 30 days in advance can typically be moved without penalty.

    • Reschedules within 14 days within 14 days are treated as cancellations.

    • All reschedules are subject to availability.

  • Trips operate in a wide range of safe weather and water conditions, including rain. As such, inclement weather, fluctuating water levels, or less-than-ideal fishing conditions are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or refund.

In the event of unsafe or unfishable conditions (as determined by your guide), we will:

    • Reschedule your trip, or

    • Issue a refund or credit at our discretion

Your safety is always our top priority.

    • No refunds will be issued for trips that end early due to client choice, weather tolerance, or other personal factors

    • Once a trip has begun, it is considered fulfilled
